24/7 emergency storm response — Knox County

When the wind comes, we answer.

Most landscapers don't pick up at eleven at night when there's a tree on your roof. We do. Twelve years working East Tennessee — when the wind picks up across the foothills, we don't sleep.

Limb through a porch, oak across the driveway, line dragged down by a leaner — call. We come look, we tarp what needs tarping, and we get back at first light if it's not safe to work that night.

“After a storm we don't sleep. Same number, any hour. Y'all call us.”

Tree work, plainly.

Removal, pruning, stump grinding, lot clearing, storm response. Same crew, same standards, twelve years in.

Hazard trees, dead leaders, leaners over the house. Climbing line or bucket truck depending on the access. Cleanup down to bare ground.

  • from $220

    Trimming & topping

Structural pruning, crown reduction, dead-wood out of the canopy. Done so the tree comes back stronger, not stripped.

The owner

Brandy Boling

South Knoxville — twelve years in.

“If you've got a tree you're worried about — call. We'll come look.”

About the owner — & Family

Brandy runs this. Her crew shows up.

Brandy started Boling & Family Tree Service in 2014, out of South Knoxville. The “& Family” in the name isn't a marketing line — it's how the work gets done. Same small crew, twelve years of East-Tennessee trees, a phone Brandy answers herself.

The work covers the whole job: removals over the house, structural pruning so a tree comes back stronger, stump grinding, lot clearing when you're starting from scratch. Thirty-plus trees on a single property over in Gatlinburg after the fires — that's on the resume too.

“You don't keep customers in this valley for twelve years by cutting corners. You keep them by showing up the day you said you would — and the night the storm comes through.”

— Brandy.

How it works

What hiring us looks like.

  1. 01

    You call us

Tell us the address and what you're looking at. Five minutes is enough. After-hours storm call? Same number, same answer.

  2. 02

    We come look

Free walkthrough. We measure the trunk, look at the lean, check what's in the drop zone, and ask the questions that change the price.

  3. 03

    Written estimate

Clear number, broken out by tree or line item. Vet, law-enforcement, senior, and new-customer discounts noted on the bottom.

  4. 04

    Scheduled work

We pick a window with you. Most jobs land within two weeks; storm work is same-day or next-day.

  5. 05

    Walkthrough & invoice

We don't pack up until you've walked it with us and the yard's clean. No payment until the job's complete.

That’s it. No portals, no logins — a phone call or an email is all it takes.

Reviews — Knoxville & East Tennessee

Quiet pride, twelve years of repeat work.

  • Tree came down across the driveway after a Tuesday-night storm. I called Brandy at almost ten — she answered, had a crew at the house by nine the next morning, gone by lunch. Nobody else even called back.

    Mark D.

    South Knoxville · April 2026

  • We had three quotes for two big oaks over the house. Brandy's was the most reasonable and she was the only one who walked the drop zones with us. Crew showed up when they said and cleaned up like they were never here.

    Janelle P.

    Farragut · March 2026

  • Cleared a back acre for us off Boyd Creek — brush, scrub, six small pines. Came in a thousand under the next quote. Honest from the first phone call.

    Ben R.

    Seymour · Feb 2026

  • Storm took a limb through our porch roof in the middle of the night. They came out, tarped it, and were back the next day to take the rest of the tree down. Insurance paperwork made easy.

    Carla S.

    Maryville · Jan 2026

  • Bought a place in Karns with a yard nobody had touched in years. Brandy gave us a phased plan instead of trying to bill it all at once. Took three visits but the lot looks like it should now.

    Tom B.

    Karns · Aug 2025

  • Stump grinder showed up with the bucket truck — same crew, no second visit. Six stumps gone in an afternoon, chips raked back in. Easy people to work with.

    Sarah M.

    Powell · June 2025
